I can second that on Mr. Cheshire! I've sent him information
and never received so much as a reply to confirm receipt. I know he's
getting these items  because he makes changes to his website from
time to time right after I've sent him e-mails. However, what is amazing is
that he picks and chooses which corrections to make and which ones to
leave inaccurate!!
