I would like to thank those who shared their thoughts on this matter. BTW,
otters eat unionidae so that's a shell question or shell related.
Flamingo Gardens is not the problem here nor is the Florida Fish and Game
commision. this who problem is being carried out by the family of the
"victim".
If we want to start a letter writing campain it shouls be dirrected at JEB
BUSH gov. of Florida. can we say , STAY OF EXECUTION!!!!!!
 
Two points to be made here,
1) hold the parents responsible to child services for endangering thier kid
by letting the "Child"
while in thier control stick it's fingures into a wild animals cage.
 
2) There is a case to be made in the fact that the Florida otter is
endanged, if so then couldn't the parents be sued and jailed for causing the
death of an endanged speiecs thru their our nelegence.
