I'll second that! I have constant problems, and with a consumer type
connection to the Web (56K modem), I can barely stand it. Even though
retired, I do not have the time required to get much that I find useful on
the Web. Even with an industrial-type connection, I don't think I could
handle it. Maybe others have more patience.
 
And you'll never flip through the pages of a web site. And how about
marking a page with a Post-it vs downloading ?
