In the past I have been a buyer of Sally's Card Packs and have the four (4)
for the OLIVIDAE.  I asked Dick Petit the other day what happened to her
projects and said that she hasn't been feeling well the last few years.  I
remember reading in some article recently that the authors thanked Sally
for reviewing her "notebooks".  When she stopped publishing for whatever
reason, she must have had a hugh backlog of photographs of species
(including type material) that she never had the opportunity to publish and
the "notes" or "notebooks" where she apparently had additional information.
 
The unpublished negatives and "notes" are potentially a valuable resource
(of course I am thing Olividae importance in my case).  Does anyone know
what the status of Sally is?  Her unpublished materials?  Notebooks?  I
noticed that she had an email address on Vita Marina, but I never got a reply.
