I have seen many messages over the last couple of weeks concerning these cards.
 
Am I the only Conch-L subscriber who has no idea what these are?  Perhaps it is because I live the other side of the Atlantic and they have not reached over here.  Anyway, I would be delighted if someone could explain what these are, what they show, how to obtain them, etc.
