Dear Bobbi

Thank you for your reply.

Is there any way that I could have a copy of the .mdb file. Once I have had
time to insert and cancel all necessary changes I would be willing to send
it back to you with 'our' collection.

Have agood day

Mako

We have our shells catalogued in Access. It is easy to set up a database.

the database titles include: Family, Genus, Species, Sub-species,
Author/date,
Collected by, Locality and date collected, Size, Grade, Value
