Hey Art,
I'm just glad I don't have children in the Kansas school system.
It's hard to believe that evolution is still being called "just
a theory" after all these years. From the first moment I learned
about evolution in school everything finally made perfect sense
to me in biology; it is the string that holds everything together.
The studies of comparative anatomy, animal behavior, zoogeography,
physiology, etc...all of biological science...only make sense when
looked at with evolution in mind. Can you imagine trying to teach
children biology without being allowed to teach them the underlying
reasoning behind everything they are seeing.
I hear there was an solar eclipse yesterday, well there's one in Kansas
now...the light has gone out and I feel sorry for the kids.
