Ross you wrote " As a little "bonus", the switch to a flesh-free (or
drastically-reduced) diet is usually accompanied by a signifigant loss of
weight! " let me just add " and a signifigant loss of APPETITE!!!

ANYTHING IN MODERATION IS GOOD FOR YOU. but if God intended for us to graze
then we would have large plate molars and multible stomaches , we don't ,
one stomach of relativly small size, and best yet , sharp incisors designed
for slash and tearing flesh.
I beleive the best diet is one of balance, meat ,grain, veggties and fruit.
but NO TOFU!!!
I also beleive octipi are omnivorious, they'll eat anything . ferret
