I don't have access to a free x-ray.

And I'm not sure if it could be done with 100% confidence anyway since the
septum is not completely resorbed.  A thickened attachment site along the
interior suture usually remains.  I sure would like to probe around to make
sure the septum was actually gone, before I assigned it to another family.
