Sometimes checking all possible sites will yield the desired book. Try
checking out http://www.csmonline.com/booksr4u/ . Site is "Books R4U
"Collectibles Unlimited - Worldwide Site For Antiques & Collectibles. They
deal with newer titles but will take request for older books.
