Micro-shell is not a technical term. It is, like beauty, in the eye of
the beholder. If we accept 10mm for a cutoff, what do we do when we get
a giant 11mm version?
        I prefer this description: a micro-shell is a gawdamn small shell that
a fat lady wont pick up on the beach.
