Dear all, I need a bit of non shell related help with scientific
names. I have two minature cacti, with only their latin names.
They are Mammillaria microthele and Mammillaria crucigera.
Now, can anyone tell me what "microthele" and "crucigera" mean?
I know that some of you on here are very good at latin names, and I was
hoping someone could help.

Thanks,
James
