Aside from the two auctions mentioned by Emilio (Mollusc Net and George
Sangiolouglou's website) there are often specimen shells for auction on eBay
(search word shell or shells but will also get you a lot of ammunition
boxes) and we used to see an auction every now and then on the Hawaiian
Shells News site.  Haven't seen one in a while -- it may have become too
much work.
