Hi James,

C. lubrica is one of my favorite of the  little garden snails we have here
in Canada...tiny and very shiny. I can't quite remember, but isn't that the
species that smells a bit like iodine? Funny sort of smell. You said 5mm
was juvenile; do you know how big they get. I thought that was about as big
as they got as adults.
