A few more possibilities (I'm glad you said "or APPEARING to be named after
bones").
Leptopoma fibula (land snail); Chama fibula (probably named for the actual
meaning of "fibula", a clasp or buckle, rather than actually being named
after the bone of the same name)
Dentalium (Gadilina) stapes (stapes = stirrup)
Pinna scapula (I don't think this name is still valid - I believe it is a
synonym for Pinna deltoides)
Tellina (Quidnipagus) palatam (palatam = palate)
Pteria sterna (is this a feminized version of sternum = breastbone?  Not
sure.)
