Art, It's R. Tucker Abbott, stands for Robert.  I knew Bob Wagner quite
well.  Judged a couple of shell shows with him.  Someone else can
probably give you a better background on him.  Tucker was co-author on
about 3 books at least.  One of them he did with me.
