I want to thank everyone for the replies I received.  It's good to know that
I'm not the only one who has thought about redoing this wonderful
publication.  I actually started this for my own benefit several years ago
when all I had was a B&W hand scanner for my DOS only computer.
I think collaboration is a great way to go with a project like this.  I
would, however, like the end result to be freely available to everyone,
perhaps in electronic form which could easily be printed out if one desires.
