If i may clear up a couple of questions to save Avril the trouble, 1) there is
no charge for anything on the site - the shell-collection section is aimed at
assisting molluscophiles who wish to pursue an avocation of Conchology, as a
part of their malacological interests (how's that for a mouthful of 10 dollar
words??), and 2) older browsers may have some trouble with the pages that Avril
is maintaining, since she is using a non-html Microsoft format. That said, the
percentage of people using these older browsers (all browsers, by the way, are
free for the downloading, and very easy to install) is quite small, so 99% of
the site's visitors should have no trouble at all! (Sorry Bob!)

Avril and i will be doing a lot of work on the Man and Mollusc site this fall,
so you are all invited to check in every now and then to see what's happening!!

From Canada with Malacological Education,
Ross.
