Dear daniel,

Access www.abebooks.com and search under the author's name. You will find
a large number of copies of this work which are available for sale.

Subject: Searching for specific shell book

Hi, Conch-Lers!

A quite "silent" member of the list needs help...

I wanted to spend a shelling weekend in Italy, but on the first day
thieves broke in my car and stole all my luggage. Also the following,
very appreciated Italian shell book: "Conchiglie - 4000 esemplari da
tutto il mondo", Jerome M. Eisenberg, edizione Istituto Geografico De
Agostini 1983.

I have been searching for a week up to now for any resources in the
web where I could order another one, but no results... Anybody out there
(maybe Italian Conch-Lers??) who knows such ressources?? Maybe there is
also a German version??

(I have been told that there is also an English version: Jerome M.
Eisenberg, "A Collector's Guide to SEASHELLS of the World". 1981. Mc
Graw - Hill Book Company- New York, but as far as I know it's out of
print...)

Any help would be very appreciated.
