Hello!

My name's Alejandro, I'm 16 and I live in the Canary Islands (Spain). Despite my age, I'm very interested in malacology and I collect shells since I was around 7, but I didn't became a "seriuos" collector until a couple of years ago. I added myself to this forum because I want to learn more about this subject and I think that the best way to do it, is speaking with other collectors.
As I say before, I'm not only interested in the beauty of the shells, but also in everything about this: morfology, taxonomy, biology, and so on. I collect all gastropoda families, but my favourite ones are Trochidae, Neritidae, Phasianellidae, Epitoniidae, Xenophoridae, Coralliophilidae and all microshells families.
Ok, once I have introduced myself, I want to tell you that I'm interesting in trading (I have several shells from Canary Islands and Mediterranean in my list) and I getting informations, especially, works about Canary Islands species (originals and photocopies). Can somebody help me?.
