Dear friends,
I have the following information about Mr. John E. DuPont from a director of
the company.

"You probably know this but John DuPont was convicted for the murder of an
athlete and serving a 30-year term in a state of Pennsylvania jail. Given his
mental health (not good) at the time of the trial, I don't believe he will be
released any time soon.
I don't know anything about his shell collection. There is a chance that he
donated it (long time ago) to the Museum of Natural History located here in
Wilmington, DE. I will try to check that out."
