I dfinitely think this is a manmade object, not only because its form
doesn't remotely resemble any animal remains I have ever seen, but also
because the material it is made of appears to be a granular rock containing
crystals of several different minerals. I am no geologist, but to me it
suggests either a metamorphic rock, or a manmade compound, like some sort of
concrete.
