Dear Lynn,
  I feel that since I was not one of the persons mentioned, that I have no
right to say it was alright.  I do wish to say that I hope it does work out
and you will stay...  I do not say much on this list, but I have read all
the e-mails for several years(where you have given other people second
chances) and know you are doing a terrific job!
