Dear Kevin,

Get hold of a copy of Dance, S.P. 1986. A history of shell collecting. 265
pp. E.J. Brill - Dr. W. Backhuys, Leiden (ISBN 90 04 08063 5) and you have
most of the answers inclusive the names of the works in which types have
been discussed/listed.
Below you will find some of the answers, but it is really too much work to
finish the list.
