Thanks to Patrice Bail for clearing that up!

Judging by the illustrations in Compendium, C. smithi retains its
collabral ribbing onto the adult bodywhorl. It has concave spire
outline ie the spire-angle increases with every whorl. The
anterolabral notch in the holotype, illustrated in both Compendium
and Weaver & du Pont 1970, is due to damage.

C. tibiaeforme has a spire-angle of 25º with straight outline (as
does the "johnsoni" illustrated). Collabral ribs die out on the early
penultimate whorl in adults.

Calliotectum is a "heteromorph", to borrow from ammonoid terminology;
that is, the shell changes shape with the onset of final growth; the
bodywhorl becomes expanded, distorting the shape of the shell before
production of the terminal varix.

The holotype of Prodallia johnsoni is immature.

C. dalli is easily distinguished by its prominently coronate-tabulate shoulder.
