Thanks, I was aware of Turk & Phillips even though I haven't looked at
it.  I was not aware of Polaco & Mendl and will be looking into both
references soon.

Papers on rearing of land snails occasionally mention mite infestations.
The following 2 papers are the only ones that I know of that
specifically
deal with mites of land mollusks.
