Harry and others who get their messages to certain servers blocked from
time to time through no fault of their own: there are a few remedies: 1)
the quickest one is simply to open up a new email account on one of the
many free net-based email sites: Yahoo & Hotmail being the two most
popular. 2) Next, most ISPs have protocols to get their name off the
various "blacklists" on the net, so if you ask enough peple or happen to
find the right department, they will usually do this for you. 3) as
Dr. Lee was told, one can deal with the ISP that bounced one's messages
directly and personally - sometimes a bit tricky, but can be done. 4)
Finally (so far as i know - there are probably several more ways - when
one is dealing with computers there are "virtually always" more ways
than one knows about, to do pretty well anything!), one can remove one's
ISP from the blacklist in question, and there are several. The biggest
is "ordb.org", but there are others - see
http://www.google.com/search?num=100&hl=en&lr=&newwindow=1&q=%22open+relay&btnG=Search

for FAR more than you ever wanted to know about "open relays", which is
what spammers use sometimes to distribute their pestilential wares.
One doesn't have to be a geek to figure out how to do this (believe me,
i'm most certainly not!!!), but it sometimes takes a bit of "trying,
trying again"......
