I have two specimens of land snails from Japan looking
for an identification.

The first one comes from Zamami-jima, Kerama-retto,
west of Okinawa (Ryu Kyu), southern Japan (file 288
kB).

The second one comes from Kyoto, collected near the
temple Eikan-do (file 549 kB).

Both have been collected dead.

Anyone wishes to receive the photos to help me with
identification?
