Dear Marcus,

I think it is one issue of east of Boston issue. In Europe comma is the
decimal point. In Turkey we use the same system as Europeans. But due to
'sphericalization' i think everything can be expressed in more than one way.
So i see both usages in practise.

1,000,000.00 euros=million euros 0 cent in America
1.000.000,00 euros=million euros here.
