Previously I inquired as to whether anyone has first-hand knowledge (and
specimens) of any T. isocardium collected in Florida waters. Several of you
searched your collections and provided information. Thank you all!
However, only Harry Lee was able to confirm some specimens collected
offshore from NE Florida in water over 60 feet deep. Per chance has anyone
else found T. isocardium in Florida?

In the absence of any confirmed findings of T. isocardium in shallow Florida
waters I have taken the position that if you find a Trachycardium in
Florida, it will be either T. egmontianum or T. muricatum, unless you are
in the lower Keys and are lucky enough to come across a T. magnum. (If
anyone has a Florida T. magnum for trade or sale, I'd like to hear from you.

my website.
