I should have explained this web address.  It is the Nomenclator
Zoologicus online-a compilation of all animal genera.  It does not
have all nomenclatural acts included in it as of yet, so searching for
any ICZN decisions is relevant.  (For example, the fly names of
Meigen, 1800, are in NZ, even though the ICZN declared them to be
unavailable.  At least one mollusk, Erinna Adams and Adams-the oldest
genus name for Hawaiian native lymnaeids-is affected, as are several
arthropods.)
