In my recent comments concerning the new Olividae book i said something to the effect that what could they all find to talk about. Judging by both the reactions to the book and the discussion about the genus question, there seems to be a good deal to talk about. In recognition of this I will now place my Olive collection on a base of ball bearings to facilitate easy moving. My want list will now be on index cards so that a card may be added or pulled as species drift in and out of synonomy. I thought about just collecting genus that contain only one species but apparently that isn't safe either LOL

PS Thanks for putting up with my occasional comments of a slightly les than serious nature. I read all the postings and have learned alot. The first thing I learned was that I was clearly not qualified to make a serious comment about much of anything.
