My understanding of the Sanibel law is within 1/4 mile of the shore - don't
know whether they mean at high or low tide - and it poses a problem with
Captiva which is 50 feet morth of Sanibel and part of Lee County. Lee County
still has a two live species per day limit, except where live shelling is
prohibited - Sanibel and Cayo Costa Island.
