Hi I have these two books and I am interested in selling them, they
have
been in my possession for a long time and it is time to sell them,
these
books are very rare and hard to get so i thought since you are an
organization dealing with conchology you might find these books
interesting.
The books are:
 
1) PERRY, GEORGE CONCHOLOGY; OR, THE NATURAL HISTORY OF SHELLS:
CONTAINING A NEW ARRANGEMENT OF THE GENERA & SPECIES. Illustrated
with
61 hand-colored aquatint plates. Folio (16 2/8 x 10 1/8 inches),
contemporary calf with gilt and blind ornamental borders on the
covers;
London: William Miller, 1811. First edition.
 
2) This book contains approximately 110 full page engravings of
shells
and conchyls it has another 40 minor engraving of corals and
decorations
plus 2 main page engravings with goddess of the sea and engraving of
the
professor. The dimensions of the book are 45cm*32cm the condition is
excellent.
