Dear all, it is James. It just happened that I could e-mail the list by
importing my account from my computer to my dad's computer, here in
Columbus! Man, I can say that was the most boring car trip of my life! It
took almost an entire day to get through Alabama, and from there we went
through Nashville,Tennessee (John Bernard, I wanted to stop by your
place, but time refused), Upton, Kentucky, Cincinnati, Ohio, and finally
to Columbus. I have not found many traces of mollusks up here. Any
suggestions? It is very chilly outside(to a Floridian like me) and wet,
from melted snow. I am very glad I could connect to the conch-l from up
here. I just couldn't stand not being able to talk to a few of my
shelling friends, even for a week!

Kind Regards James
