Quoting from the article "Implants may be undertaken using remote visual
equipment and surgical tools."  That's about all I know.  The contact at
the end of the article is Richard Fassler of Hawaii.  We had Richard speak
on pearls at one of our mussel symposia in St. Louis a few years back.  His
