Dear Wesley and all,

I have recently received from a dear American
friend a lot of old issues of your magazine.

On VOL.XXIV No.5, New Series No.197 June, 1976
there is a color picture of one Oliva sp. brought up
in a crab trap from more than 400 feet of water off
Kahuku, Oahu, Hawaii.

I see it for the first time. Do you ( or anybody ) know
if the shell was then described ?

By the way, there are many interesting articles
in those old papers, congratulations !!

Regards, Maurizio.
