A question or two?
Last weekend, yesterday to be exact I was collecting Neptunes and Colus in
Ma. I drove back to Jersey last night and when I opened my tightly closed
bag of "treasures" it was crawling with worms.
My question(s); are these large maggot-like worms a parasite of the neptune
or Colus or both or are they of some other nature? These specimens were
collected dead, but I am not sure how long they had been. I would scan the
little darling but.... well maybe you understand. Any one know what this
fellow is? Some sort of polychaete?
