Conch-Lers,
For those of you that don't read French, here is a translation of Jan
Haspeslagh's message.
"I have a question for the French colleagues that are on Conch-L. I am going
to St. Malo" (in France - northern coast) "the last weekend of March, 1998.
Who can help with the best sites of the area? I am interested in everything:
gastropods, chitons, bivalves, and scaphopods. I also would like to know if
there are molluscs that are protected. A friend told me that Haliotis
tuberculata was, among others. Is there a list of protected species?
A big Thanks in advance.
Please reply to the list if possible.
Jan Haspeslagh"

Howard

My question to the list is do we have French Conch-Lers? If so respond to me
personally in (basic) French or English.
