Hi,

Try a weak solution of trisodium phosphate; I use about the tip of a
teaspoon for a pint of water (ideally seawater) for about 18-24 hours.
Someone on the list may know the exact, recommended concentration.
Trisodium phosphate will cause the tissues to absorb water causing the
animal to "swell". After this, proceed with normal fixation. The animal
will be softer and may lend itself to dissection and observation of major
organs and structures. But forget about histology and finer morphological
observation.
Best,

Jose
