Attempts to ban the teaching of evolution in schools and replace it with
religious dogma has been tried before and found unconstitutional.

Hopefully the same decision will be reached this time (and any future
time). Cannot criminal charges be brought against these people for
knowingly attempting to pass unconstitutional laws?

And how can a religious minority be allowed to pass laws enslaving the majority?

If they were to succeed they would be ushering in a new Dark Ages for the
USA and would inevitably destroy your country's scientific abilities and
also its economy. Is this what they want? Are they incapable of realizing
that every item they use in daily life is the product of scientific
research?

Evolution is much more than just a theory. The fossil record displays
evolution clearly, as can be seen by any reasonably intelligent or
observant person. Fossil evolutionary lineages can be found almost
anywhere.
