Dear Carolyn (and others),

There are no shell shops in Sydney. I have heard (and would gladly believe)
that Sydney is, together with Tokyo and San Francisco, the most expensive
place for real estate in the world, and this of course is reflected in shop
rent prices. The modest income a shell shop generates would not pay for the
rent. the last shell shop closed about 6 years ago.
