This, the final part, discusses the effects of venoms delivered by mollusks
to humans. First, however, Harry G Lee,  discusses a category of illness he
failed to anticipate in his original outline. The intoxications described in
Part II were all ultimately of biological origin (P.S.P., etc.). However,
there is another form of poisoning transmitted via mollusks, particularly
filter-feeding bivalves; it involves non-biological chemicals.
