My standards of "micro" are:
a) any shell larger than 5mm doesn't fit into the frame with my camera apparatus
b) I usually pick up the micros by pressing lightly with my finger--it clings because of the minute amount of sweat on my fingertip. In other words, if it's non-micro, I won't be able to pick it up that way
c) I've been looking for Lodderenas and even Ammoniceras...everything else is ENORMOUS by comparison
d) I miss the larger shells because they're simply too visible
e) they're coming to take me away......but I've got to scan one more line of grit with my 15X lens...and just one more...and one more
