I need some help. From what I've been able to figure out, the Louisville
COA meeting rooms are in the West tower of Galt House (whose confusing name
is Galt House East). When my travel agent daughter made our reservations,
she was told that there were no available rooms in the "Standard Guest
Room" Tower. And that there is a long waiting list.
As I understand it, to get from East Tower to West Tower, you have to take
an elevator to the third floor, walk across a bridge, then get back on the
elevator to the convention rooms. Since walking any distance at all is my
short suit, I am reconsidering attending COA.
Would someone correct me if I have it all wrong. Also, are others
experiences the "no rooms" available for $79?
