I am now writing up a paper which expands by 600 the known marine mollusk faunal list of the Caribbean island of Nevis. I am hoping to work hand in hand with a photographer who can create fine images of all the species, including micromollusks, and prepare the images for publication, as well as with a writer who would be at ease working in the field of malacology. We can pay a stipend for some of the work.

In addition to writing and computer skills, the writing partner would need to be familiar with (or be prepared to become familiar with) some of the literature on the Caribbean marine mollusk fauna. We could work together remotely using email, Dropbox, WeTransfer etc.

Selecting shells to photograph will require frequent access to my research collection, so the photographer may need to be someone who lives in or near NYC.
