New ! Canadian Aerial photography on CD-ROM.
 
Digital aerial photography is now available for any location of the Canadian
land mass in a TIFF file format for IBM compatibles, at a resolution of 300
and 600 dots per inch for black and white, and 600 dots per inch for colour.
Please contact "World of Maps" regarding the availability of digital images
on Mac or UNIX platforms or at different resolutions and formats.
 
By simply combining these digital aerial photos with a paint program
engineers, planners and GIS specialists can add annotations and zoom and
print electronically.
 
Simply indicate the air photo numbers needed or indicate clearly the area of
Canada that you wish to acquire air photo information for and email or fax
it to us. We will prepare a  quote as to the number of individual images,
the date of photography and their price.
 
Each image represents a 10 inch square photo at scale 1:50,000 covering an
approximate area of  100 square miles or 256 square kilometres and the
photos are not geo-referenced.
 
One CD-ROM holds approximately 82 images at 300 dpi, Canadian $ 18.00 per
image or 22 images at 600 dpi at $ 20.00 per image plus processing and shipping.
 
We will negotiate special price discounts for large orders and libraries
depending on the volume of work to be done.
