Are you interested in the Delta as it is defined in the geographical
or cultural sense? Most of the replies I've read so far address the Delta
as it is defined geographically. The Delta that most Southerners refer
to is much larger of course and I would suggest includes most any county
that touches the Mississippi from where the Ohio enters the Mississippi
on South.
