Thanks for your message, Arlyn.  I assumed that, because county maps
were listed on the "Index to topographic and other map coverage," they
did exist.  I have had several people tell me that they have withdrawn
county maps in the 1:100 000 scale and that they will send them along.
I'll see what I receive!
