I have a need for a scan of a portion of a city plan of Brussels, showing
the area around Avenue Palmerston. This is in the Berlaymont area of the
city, north of the European Union offices. The avenue is a short one
between Square Marie-Louise (with a small lake) to the west and Square
Ambiorix to the east. This is just to the north of Avenue-de-la-Loi at
the Maalbeek/Maelbeek and Schuman metro stations.
Avenue Palmerston has houses designed in the 1890s by Victor Horta, and on
the north side of Square Ambiorix is a building designed by one of his
disciples. A pair of architecture students need a plan of this area for a
project they are designing.
I have some uncataloged city plans published by the Army Map Service, but
unfortunately, none for Brussels. If someone has something like this, and
can make a scan of it, I would be most grateful.
